I was planning to change my hairstyle , but i was confuse because i don't know which style fits me. Those hairstyle looks similar. But i like it! :) i got some example of short hairstyle. I want to try it. I never cut my hair to short since primary school until now . ! short bob ? I think its COOL ! :D

Simple , Not Overdose.

Since I have no time to write and post a long width story. I want to spend this moment to introduce myself. As simple as i can. In this time , my soul should already go to other dimension. But because off my eyes ! I'm still awake. LOL!

 

Ok.. I don't want to use a formal word. Because i think i will only use "formal2" word when i have many ideas. LMAO. 

 

First of all, Rinielin Jeffrey is my name. Its simple but smart. I born in 1990 February 12. I'm friendly ,good listener , Good sense of humor and sometimes can be quiet. Most important to know , I LOVE cute thingy.! xixi. Oh, i love to read and write a poem and fashion it's just awesome. I'm not Genius nor Clever. But I'm SMART. :)

Smiling is a great way to make yourself stand out while helping your body to function better. Smile to improve your health, your stress level, and your attractiveness. 



Smile also can make you forget about your sadness. Maybe just for a while but its doesn't matter . !! just smile !



 
                                          


Reason to smile : (my opinion)

Smiling Makes Us Attractive , smile is the best make up for a girl. So, don't worries about what make up style you want to put on. Just smile,and its enough to make you beautiful and stay young ! 

 

Smiling Changes Our Mood ,when you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood. Try it :) !

 

Smiling Is Contagious ,when someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you. Smile is a disease that can effect someone to smile too !

 

 Smiling Relieves Stress ,stress can really show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action. Just force yourself to smile even you don't want to. You will feel calm and relax. :)

 

Smiling Boosts Your Immune System ,smiling helps the immune system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly because you are more relaxed. Prevent the flu and colds by smiling. Its better prevent than cure. right ? 

 

Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure ,when you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home. Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference? I ever try it. and its works ! So , why don't you try it . 


Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger ,The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the day --> you'll look younger and feel better. Just smile , its free and don't need money to make your face look younger. 

 

Smiling Makes You Seem Successful ,smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently. Put on a smile when your have a public speaking ,you will feel more confident.

 

Smiling Helps You Stay Positive ,try this test : Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling. To me , friends is who understand about you and stand with you no matter what. They will always there for you. Laugh together and cry together. Friends will never cheat and betray you. And most of all, a true friend is someone who is willing to share his TIME with you. Time shared together has always been important for me, as time is something no one can ever buy nor take back. The moment a person shared his/her time with you, he/she had already shared a part of his/her life with you. 

A true friend will always believe in you even though you no longer believe in yourself. He/she will always bring out the best in you. Friends also a good listener, there for you in good times and bad, love, loss,  and more. They never gives up on you.

A true friend is like your reflection on the mirror. He/she will be your best and worst critic as he/she will always tell you the truth, though he/she knows it will sometimes hurt you. At least he/she is always honest.

I got a short story to tell , its about my real story of my life. We 're friends since primary school. she pretty and cute ,a bit shy, friendly and always be a good listener to me. Our relationship is too close and we are just like a twin. Wherever i go , she will be there. Like we cannot be apart. 

When we reach to Secondary school. We're still friend . Until one day ,she suddenly change and start to run from me. I try to ask why and what did i do. But i have no chance to do so. I admit ,that time my ego is very strong .(lmao) ..

Finally i know why she change . It is because she feel jealous when someone get close to me. And that time ,we are in the different class. Besides that,we are still young to think. I don't blame her. Anyway , we are still friend until now.

Tips for Happiness in Daily Life .

Daily life can be made happier. It is a matter of choice. It is our attitude that makes us feel happy or unhappy. It is true, we meet all kinds of situations during the day, and some of them may not be conductive to happiness. We can choose to keep thinking about the unhappy events, and we can choose to refuse to think about them, and instead, relish the happy moments. All of us constantly go through various situations and circumstances, but we do not have to let them influence our reactions and feelings.
If we let outer events influence our moods, we become their slaves. We lose our freedom. We let our happiness be determined by outer forces. On the other hand, we can free ourselves from outer influences. We can choose to be happy, and we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives.
What is happiness? It is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. It is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thoughts, and this usually happens, when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value. It seems to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from the inside, triggered by outer events.
For most people, happiness seems fleeting and temporary, because they allow external circumstances to affect it. One of the best ways to keep it, is by gaining inner peace through daily meditation. As the mind becomes more peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the happiness habit.


Here are a few tips for increasing happiness in daily life:
1) Endeavor to change the way you look at things. Always look at the bright side. The mind may drag you to think about negativity and difficulties. Don't let it. Look at the good and positive side of every situation.

2) Think of solutions, not problems.

3) Listen to relaxing, uplifting music.

4) Watch funny comedies that make you laugh.

5) Each day, devote some time to reading a few pages of an inspiring book or article.

6) Watch your thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, start thinking of pleasant things.

7) Always look at what you have done and not at what you haven't.Sometimes you may begin the day with the desire to accomplish several objectives. At the end of the day you might feel frustrated and unhappy, because you haven't been able to do all of those things.
Look at what you have done, not at what you have not been able to do. You may have accomplished a lot during the day, and yet you let yourself become frustrated, because of some small things that you did not accomplish. You have spent all day successfully carrying out many plans, and instead of feeling happy and satisfied, you look at what was not accomplished and feel unhappy. It is unfair toward yourself.

8) Each day do something good for yourself. It can be something small, such buying a book, eating something you love, watching you favorite program on TV, going to a movie, or just having a stroll on the beach.

9) Each day do at least one act to make others happy. This can be a kind word, helping your colleagues, stopping your car at the crossroad to let people cross, giving your seat in a bus to someone else, or giving a small present to someone you love. The possibilities are infinite. When you make someone happy, you become happy, and then people try to make you happy.

10) Always expect happiness.

11) Do not envy people who are happy. On the contrary, be happy for their happiness.

12) Associate with happy people, and try to learn from them to be happy. Remember, happiness is contagious.

13) Do your best to stay detached, when things do not proceed as intended and desired. Detachment will help you stay calm and control your moods and reactions. Detachment is not indifference. It is the acceptance of the good and the bad and staying balanced. Detachment has much to do with inner peace, and inner peace is conductive to happiness.

14) Smile more often.
